What is hungrydodo?

Hungrydodo is food platform bringing you the best restaurants delivered to you in Mauritius and tasty recipes, live cooking and tip and tricks in food for everyone.

We partner with with best restaurants and chefs in Mauritius bringing you the food you love. Hungrydodo is a brand owned by Nordic Venture Lab Ltd.

How do I use it?

You need to create a free hungrydodo account on our website or using our App, available on iOS and Android. Please fill in your full name, email address, phone number and create your password. You are ready to go!

What restaurants are available?

Visit our homepage or the app to see listing of restaurants that are available in your area.
We are on a mission bringing you great selection of the best foods in Mauritius. From the top restaurants to your local gem cooking you the island’s favourites. We deliver every day, check for restaurants in your area for different opening times.

How does the food delivery work?

Login on hungrydodo app or our website and place your order. Please make sure you have your correct address on the account. Restaurant will receive the order directly and start prepare. Once it's ready our hungrydodo delivery driver will pick up your order and bring it to your delivery address.

Where is my delivery?

You can follow process of your order on our website or app. You can also see the delivery estimate here. Please note that some deliveries are bundled, which means that driver might be delivering to someone else before you. All our delivery times or pick up times are based on estimates. We will do our best to ensure your order is delivered within estimated time but given factors such as traffic and weather we cannot guarantee always the delivery at the estimated time.

What if my order cannot be delivered?

Your order will be delivered to the address you have provided us. You are responsible in providing us accurate address and telephone number. If you don't open the door or respond to the telephone correspondence within 10 minutes of our delivery driver reaching your address, the driver may leave the premises and you will be still charged for the order.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Please contact our support immediately so we can try to help. We cannot guarantee that we are able to cancel your order once its been confirmed as restaurant might have already started preparing your order., call 57856099 or message us on Facebook messenger @hungrydodo

How do I pay?

You can pay by Jiuce, MyT, card. These are the safest options for both you and our delivery drivers but if non possible our drive can be paid by cash but please try to prepare exact sum


If you have a food-related allergy, please contact the restaurant before making the order.

What about Special dietary, Halal, Vegetarian etc?

Halal - We have plenty of restaurant partners that prepare and cook Halal meals and our dedicated Halal food drivers will pick up from your favourite restaurant delivered to you your door.

Special dietary - These are marked on the menus but if you have any concerns or have a food-related allergy, please contact the restaurant before making the order.

How do I manage my account, change address or other detail?

Make sure you are logged in at hungrydodo website or app. Now you can access all personal info, address book and order history.

How do I leave review?

Leaving a restaurant review is quick and easy using our website or app. We appreciate all reviews as this will help other people find great restaurants to order from
